He told me a notary form would be sent to my email by the end of the day on Thursday. I talked to a very helpful customer service agent on Wednesday (two days ago). So my account apparently had been compromised and I contacted customer support since there was a lock on my account. So I just had a very interesting interaction with the Square Enix Customer Support.
